What is the function of a gas-fired hot water boiler?

Gas boilers come in many types and can be categorized by function, including gas hot water boilers, gas steam boilers, gas hot water boilers, and gas bath boilers. A gas hot water boiler is a boiler that uses gas to heat and boil water to supply hot water. Gas hot water boilers use a solenoid valve as a water replenishment device. During operation, it automatically fills the boiler with water, then starts the burner to heat the water to the set temperature, and sends the hot water to the insulated water tank. Gas hot water boilers are characterized by high safety, relative environmental friendliness, coordinated aesthetics, and high thermal efficiency, making them widely used.
Places like factories, hospitals, and schools often have a large demand for hot water, and relying solely on water heaters is insufficient. Therefore, they often choose to install gas hot water boilers. Gas hot water boilers, also known as gas hot water heaters, gas tea water heaters, or gas drinking water boilers, are a type of gas boiler. Their main function is to use gas to heat and boil water, storing it for continuous or centralized hot water supply. They fall under the category of normal-pressure domestic boilers and can continuously supply large quantities of hot water to meet the hot water needs of a unit.

What is a boiler heating surface?
The heating surface of a boiler generally refers to the metal surface area in contact with flames or flue gases (the other side is in contact with water or heat transfer oil). Heat exchange in a boiler is carried out through such a metal surface area. It is generally measured in square meters (m²). A larger heating surface area means a larger boiler capacity, and vice versa.
Boiler capacity refers to the ability of a steam boiler, hot water boiler, or organic heat carrier boiler to provide thermal energy. A larger capacity means a greater heating capacity and output; conversely, a smaller capacity means a smaller heating capacity and output. For example, a 1t/h steam boiler means that the boiler can convert 1 ton of water into saturated steam at a certain pressure within 1 hour; a 0.7 MW hot water boiler or organic heat carrier boiler means that it can generate heat equivalent to 0.7 MW of power (equivalent to the heat of 1 ton of steam) within 1 hour.
