Junpeng Petrochemical: A New Type of Industrial Coal Powder Boiler that Overcomes Environmental Problems


To overcome the numerous existing environmental and other shortcomings of industrial pulverized coal boilers, Junpeng Petrochemical has developed and launched a practical new type of industrial pulverized coal corner tube boiler. This product ensures stable combustion, high combustion efficiency, and reduces ash accumulation on the convective heating surface, achieving the goal of high efficiency, energy saving, and emission reduction. In the current domestic industrial pulverized coal boiler field, it is the first to use the counter-flow arrangement technology of the burner to completely solve the problem of complete combustion, and the heating surface basically does not accumulate slag, ensuring that the flue gas temperature remains within the design range under full load.

The industrial pulverized coal boiler system developed by Junpeng Petrochemical mainly includes a fuel storage and supply system, a pulverized coal combustion system, a boiler system, a fully automatic monitoring and control system, a flue gas purification system, a compressed air system, an inert gas protection system, and an ignition oil (gas) system, etc.

The pulverized coal preparation equipment from this project sends the pulverized coal to the finished pulverized coal storage tank. Through the pulverized coal metering device and the air-powder mixing pipeline, it is sent to the pulverized coal burner and sprayed into the boiler combustion chamber for suspension combustion. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion of pulverized coal in the furnace completes radiation and convection heat exchange and then directly enters the tail bag dust collector and flue gas desulfurization device. After thorough purification, it is discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan through the chimney. The fly ash collected by the dust collector is discharged through a closed collection system and can be reused. The entire process is fully automatically controlled by a computer.

The industrial pulverized coal boiler system has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, clean emission, safe and reliable, easy to operate, and land-saving.

In November 2012, it obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. In February 2016, it obtained Class A boiler manufacturing qualifications. In February 2018, it obtained Class A2 pressure vessel design qualification certificates.

Currently, Junpeng Petrochemical has 5 utility model patents, 3 invention patents (pending), 15 software copyrights, and 11 utility model patents (pending).

What is a boiler heating surface?

The heating surface of a boiler generally refers to the metal surface area in contact with flames or flue gases (the other side is in contact with water or heat transfer oil).
