The company has advanced production and processing equipment and inspection equipment, and has A-level boiler manufacturing license, A2-level pressure vessel manufacturing/design license and special equipment, 1-level installation, transformation and maintenance license issued by the General Administration of Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. The company's boiler product designers all graduated from well-known domestic universities and have many years of experience in boiler product design. The design schemes have been scientifically calculated and repeatedly tested by professionals. The boilers are reliable and have high thermal efficiency. All pipes and plates used in the production of boilers must undergo physical and chemical experiments for re-inspection, and the quality inspection department will track the entire process of boiler production. The semi-finished parts of the boilers are all manufactured by CNC cutting and other CNC equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. The welding process uses automatic submerged arc welding, argon arc welding, gas shielded welding, etc. The method of first expansion and then welding is adopted between the pyrotechnic tube and the tube plate, and advanced MAG welding technology is used. The boiler needs to undergo strict testing before leaving the factory, including water pressure testing and combustion testing.
After the company was established, it purchased a multi-functional CNC flame plasma cutting machine. Developed by Hyundai Ruichi. The equipment is equipped with advanced CNC programming software, with a working width of up to 4 meters, a rail length of 16 meters, and a cutting speed of up to 24m/min. It adopts bilateral longitudinal drive and a bridge design to ensure high-precision work and excellent cutting quality at high speed. It uses an anti-glare device and a built-in monitoring device to achieve full control of the production of parts and components, and has the characteristics of high-precision guided three-dimensional cutting. It can realize the full digital marking function, replacing all parts that originally required manual marking, fundamentally improving the efficiency of the original parts in the marking process, ensuring the correctness of the parts marking process. It improves the flexibility of the manufacturing system and enables parts production to achieve high precision, high efficiency and low loss.
