4. Rapid Cold Start of High-Voltage Electrode Boiler
Reach full load < 12 minutes
The standby boiler must maintain the internal pressure at 3.4 bar (50PSI) while on standby.
When full-load operation is required to produce steam, the controller increases the frequency of the circulation pump inverter, sending water to the central collector, instantly generating steam, and increasing and maintaining the boiler pressure to 10.34 bar (150PSI).
Once the boiler pressure reaches 10.34 bar, the back pressure valve opens, and steam enters the pipeline.
Boilers with lower voltage and smaller models have shorter start-up times.
5. Rapid Response to Load Changes
< 5-60 seconds
In the hot standby state, the circulation pump inverter maintains the boiler pressure at 10.34 bar (150 PSI).
When steam needs to be generated, the inverter speeds up the water supply to the central collector, instantly generating steam. Reaching full steam delivery takes only 5-30 seconds.
Boilers with lower voltage and smaller models require less time.
