Our company's boiler furnace has low back pressure, which is especially suitable for imported burners. 2. Boiler Body Structure

(1) The WNS type oil/gas boiler is a typical wet-back three-return fire tube boiler.
As shown in the figure: The main body of this boiler is a welded structure. It includes the cylinder, furnace, combustion chamber, tube plate, threaded tube, front and rear smoke boxes, base, and internal and external accessories.
The combustion flue gas flow principle is that the flame ejected from the burner is sprayed longitudinally at high speed towards the furnace. Because this boiler is a slightly positive pressure furnace, under the action of pressure, the flue gas turns in the combustion chamber and enters the first tube group. Then it turns in the front smoke box and enters the second tube group, continuing to flow back. The high-temperature flue gas flows through two groups of threaded smoke tube groups. Finally, after sufficient heat exchange, the low-temperature flue gas passes through the rear smoke box to the energy saver, and after heat exchange by the energy saver, it is discharged.

The boiler internal water circulation is a natural circulation method. That is, after the furnace water is intensely heated on the furnace and smoke tube walls, it rises, and steam-water separation is carried out at the steam-water interface, and the separated steam enters the upper steam space of the cylinder. The furnace water descends along the inner wall of the cylinder and re-enters the lower part of the cylinder, and is heated again by the furnace and smoke tubes before rising.
Because the smoke tubes adopt advanced threaded smoke tube technology, compared with ordinary bare tube boilers, the boiler's heat exchange capacity is increased by 20%~50%, greatly improving the boiler's working efficiency and reducing the boiler's manufacturing cost.
A steam-water separator is installed inside the boiler steam outlet to ensure the quality of the steam. An inlet sleeve is installed at the place where the boiler inlet water passes through the boiler drum, and a special guiding device is installed inside the boiler drum.
