The vacuum heating furnace is an oilfield heating equipment developed by our company, suitable not only for crude oil and natural gas heating. The equipment has a compact structure and complete functions, and can realize automatic, manual and intelligent control. The vacuum heating furnace system consists of the heating furnace body, burner and fuel gas system, instrument automatic control system, etc. The heating furnace structure is a horizontal skid-mounted structure.
The design and manufacturing of the heating furnace comply with the requirements of SY0031, SY/T5262 and GB/T21435 and the above standards and specifications. The vacuum degree of the cylinder is ≤0.09Mpa.
The design service life of the heating furnace heat exchange tube is ≥100000 hours of cumulative operating time, and the design life of other equipment and pipelines in the skid is 15 years.
The design thermal efficiency complies with the relevant provisions of GB24848, and the flue gas emission complies with the relevant provisions of GB13271 and the relevant regulations of the local environmental protection department.
A discharge pipe is set at the lowest part of the furnace body to drain the residual liquid in the pipe.
The heat receiving surface at the tail of the heating furnace uses materials resistant to low-temperature dew point corrosion, and the chimney adopts high-temperature internal anti-corrosion measures.
The design of the heating furnace has fully considered the impact of the local environment on the equipment, such as altitude, dust, air pressure and temperature.
The heating furnace designed for use in cold regions meets the requirements for fuel preheating.

According to the load size, the vacuum heating furnace can adopt a split heating furnace structure and an integral heating furnace structure. In the split structure, the heat exchanger is installed on the top of the heating furnace. A metal bellows compensator should be used to connect the heat exchanger and the furnace body, and a frame-type steel structure should be used to support the heat exchanger to avoid the heat exchanger's own weight and the vibration load during operation from acting on the heating furnace body, causing damage to the heating furnace body.
The adjustable range of the heating furnace is 40%~110% of the rated heat load.
The structure of the heating furnace facilitates operation, maintenance, cleaning and inspection. The heating furnace has a safe and reliable ladder platform (steel grating), the platform has a protective railing, and complies with the relevant technical requirements in GB/T 4053.
The heating furnace body is equipped with an explosion-proof device.
The heating furnace is equipped with a chimney and flue. The chimney adopts a windproof pull rope or spiral baffle structure, and a flue gas detection sampling port is set. A drainage device is set at the bottom of the chimney.
The heating furnace body has good insulation effect. When the ambient temperature is 25℃, the surface temperature does not exceed 50℃. All supporting equipment, pipelines and accessories in the skid consider insulation and corrosion protection. A wall thickness detection port is reserved in the insulation layer at the steam-water interface.
The heating furnace can meet the requirements of high and low load operation in summer and winter.
Characteristics of Vacuum Phase Change Heating Furnace:
1. Safe and Reliable
Because the vacuum heating furnace operates under negative pressure, the heat medium water does not participate in the external circulation, and the pressure inside the shell is always lower than atmospheric pressure. The various protection devices built into the unit make it safer and more reliable than atmospheric pressure boilers and pressure boilers.
The use of a fully automatic burner manufactured to European standards, with its strict safety guarantee functions, makes the combustion process and combustion control very safe and reliable.
2. Energy-saving and Environmentally Friendly
The carefully designed central return combustion chamber and optimized heat transfer surface design ensure optimal heat transfer, making the heating furnace thermal efficiency reach 90~92%.
The use of a fully automatic burner makes the fuel utilization rate reach more than 99.9%; low nitrogen oxides and low carbon monoxide generation make the flue gas emission clean and pollution-free.
The selection of high-quality insulation and heat insulation layers ensures that even in cold outdoors, the heat dissipation from the furnace body surface is less than 1%.
3. Long Lifespan
The inside of the heating furnace body maintains a vacuum and is oxygen-free, greatly reducing the probability of scaling and corrosion inside the furnace, which can greatly extend the service life of the heating furnace, with a service life of up to 15 years.
The use of a wet-back return combustion chamber structure and advanced production technology effectively ensures the operating life of the combustion system.
4. Self-control Combustion and Configuration
The use of fully automatic burners and monitoring systems greatly reduces the workload of boiler maintenance and management, and can achieve precise control of the operation process.
According to the integrated configuration standard, all accessories are assembled before leaving the factory, making on-site installation more convenient and faster.
5. Easy to Use and Maintain
Compact structure: The vacuum heating furnace adopts a two-to-three-pass combustion method, with a large furnace and a group of smoke tubes, reasonably arranged heat transfer surfaces and enhanced heat exchange. The combination of the upper and lower parts makes the entire vacuum water heater unit compact and space-saving.
