Based on extensive technical exchanges with well-known boiler companies in the UK, Germany, Italy and other countries, our company has introduced and digested the advanced technologies and processing techniques of related products, and combined with the actual situation in China, we have developed and designed the CWNS series oil and gas horizontal internal combustion offset furnace (CWNS series) hot water boiler. This makes the tube bundle more concentrated, the boiler efficiency higher, the smoke box structure simpler, the operation easier, and the sealing more reliable.
(1) Series Settings
The minimum specification of this series of boilers is 0.35MW, and the maximum specification is 4.2MW.
(2) Boiler Operating Conditions
Under normal circumstances, the boiler should operate under the designed rated conditions. In special cases, it may operate at a reduced load, but it cannot operate at a reduced load for a long time. The operating range of this product for safe and stable operation is 20~100% load.
(3) Structural Overview
Boiler Body Structure
As shown in the figure, this boiler is a typical shell-type horizontal three-return flue gas low-nitrogen boiler, and the boiler body is a welded structure. It includes the cylinder, furnace, combustion chamber, tube plate, threaded flue tube, front and rear smoke boxes, base, and internal and external accessories.
The principle of the combustion flue gas flow is that the flame ejected from the burner is sprayed longitudinally at high speed towards the furnace. Because this boiler is a slightly positive pressure furnace, the flue gas is turned in the combustion chamber under the action of pressure, enters the first tube bundle, and turns in the front smoke box to enter the second tube bundle, continuing to flow towards the rear smoke box. The high-temperature flue gas flows through two sets of threaded flue tube bundles, and after sufficient heat exchange, it enters the rear smoke box and is discharged from the chimney.
The boiler internal water circulation is a natural circulation method. That is, the return water from the heat user rises sharply after being heated on the furnace and flue tube walls, and the cold water descends along the inner wall of the cylinder and re-enters the lower part of the cylinder, and is heated again by the furnace and flue tubes. After sufficient heat exchange, it re-enters the heat user from the outlet pipe.
Because the flue tube adopts advanced threaded flue tube technology, compared with ordinary bare tube boilers, the boiler heat exchange capacity is increased by 20%~50%, which greatly improves the boiler's working efficiency and reduces the boiler's manufacturing cost.
A special guide device is installed inside the boiler drum.
