Basic Knowledge of Electric Boilers
In modern homes, electric boilers have become an indispensable appliance. They not only provide comfortable hot water but also save energy and reduce environmental pollution. However, some problems are often encountered when using electric boilers. Today, let's discuss these common questions.
1. What is the working principle of an electric boiler?
The working principle of an electric boiler is actually quite simple. It heats water using electric heating elements and then delivers the hot water through pipes to where it's needed. Simply put, it uses electricity to heat water—convenient and fast.
2. How to choose a suitable electric boiler?
Several key factors should be considered when choosing an electric boiler. First is capacity; the number of family members will affect the amount of hot water you need. Second is power; the higher the power, the faster the heating. In addition, brand and after-sales service are also points worth considering. Don't forget to check the energy efficiency rating of the product when buying an electric boiler; this directly affects your electricity bill!
3. Common malfunctions and troubleshooting of electric boilers
When using an electric boiler, some minor malfunctions are unavoidable, such as:
- Water temperature is not hot enough: Check if the power supply is normal, or if the heating element is damaged.
- Water leakage: Check the joints and pipes to see if there is any looseness or aging.
- Excessive noise: This may be due to scale buildup; regular cleaning is required.
4. How to maintain an electric boiler?
Maintaining an electric boiler is not complicated. Regularly check the power cord, connectors, and water pipes to ensure there are no leaks or aging. In addition, cleaning the heating element periodically can effectively extend the service life of the electric boiler. Remember, maintaining a dry environment is also important to avoid the impact of moisture on the appliance.
5. Safety precautions for using an electric boiler
Safety first! When using an electric boiler, be sure to pay attention to the following points:
- Regularly check the wires and plugs to ensure there is no overheating.
- Do not use the electric boiler in a damp environment.
- Regular maintenance, especially during seasonal changes, to check if the equipment is functioning properly.
Summary
Electric boilers have brought great convenience to our lives, but correct use and maintenance are key to ensuring their normal operation. Hopefully, through this article, you can better understand common problems with electric boilers, easily master usage tips, and make life more comfortable and convenient!

What is a boiler heating surface?
The heating surface of a boiler generally refers to the metal surface area in contact with flames or flue gases (the other side is in contact with water or heat transfer oil). Heat exchange in a boiler is carried out through such a metal surface area. It is generally measured in square meters (m²). A larger heating surface area means a larger boiler capacity, and vice versa.
Boiler capacity refers to the ability of a steam boiler, hot water boiler, or organic heat carrier boiler to provide thermal energy. A larger capacity means a greater heating capacity and output; conversely, a smaller capacity means a smaller heating capacity and output. For example, a 1t/h steam boiler means that the boiler can convert 1 ton of water into saturated steam at a certain pressure within 1 hour; a 0.7 MW hot water boiler or organic heat carrier boiler means that it can generate heat equivalent to 0.7 MW of power (equivalent to the heat of 1 ton of steam) within 1 hour.
To overcome the numerous existing environmental and other shortcomings of industrial pulverized coal boilers, Junpeng Petrochemical has developed and launched a practical new type of industrial pulverized coal corner tube boiler. This product ensures stable combustion, high combustion efficiency, and reduces ash accumulation on the convective heating surface, achieving the goal of high efficiency, energy saving, and emission reduction. In the current domestic industrial pulverized coal boiler field, it is the first time to use the burner counter-arrangement technology to completely solve the problem of complete combustion, and the heating surface basically does not form slag, ensuring that the flue gas temperature remains within the design range under full load. Qingdao sheet metal processing is very common in the production of mechanical industry, and is an important part of mechanical production, with wide applications in automobiles, aerospace and other fields. It directly determines the appearance of the machine and reflects the maturity of the machine. With the rapid development of the machinery manufacturing industry, the shapes of sheet metal parts are becoming increasingly complex.
