Basic Concepts of Oil/Gas Boilers
Oil/gas boilers, as the name suggests, are boilers that use oil or natural gas as fuel. They are widely used in industrial and civil sectors and are favored for their high efficiency and flexibility. Imagine how winter's chill would affect our lives without them!
Overview of the Working Principle
So, how do oil/gas boilers work? The principle is actually quite simple. They generate heat energy by burning fuel, then transfer that heat energy to water to heat the water or produce steam. This process can be divided into several main steps: intake, combustion, heating, and exhaust.
1. Fuel Intake and Preprocessing
Behind the boiler, the first stage is fuel intake and preprocessing. Oil/gas boilers need to use pumps or pipes to transport fuel to the combustion chamber. For oil boilers, the oil needs to be filtered to remove impurities, ensuring complete and clean combustion. Natural gas is transported directly through pipelines, which is convenient and fast.
2. Combustion Process
Next is the combustion process. In the combustion chamber, the fuel and air are thoroughly mixed and ignited by an ignition device, forming a high-temperature flame. Hey, this is the "heart of the boiler"! Here, the chemical energy of the fuel is converted into heat energy, instantly raising the temperature inside the boiler.
3. Heat Transfer
Once heat energy is generated, the boiler's heat exchanger begins to work. Heat is transferred to the water through the heat exchanger, and the water becomes hotter and hotter during the heating process, eventually reaching the required temperature. The efficiency of this process is directly related to the performance of the boiler; a good boiler can increase the heat energy utilization rate to over 90%!
4. Exhaust and Safety Measures
Finally, the exhaust gas after combustion needs to be properly handled. Modern oil/gas boilers are usually equipped with flue gas treatment devices to reduce environmental pollution. In addition, safety valves, pressure gauges, and other devices ensure that the boiler operates within a safe range to prevent accidents.
Advantages of Oil/Gas Boilers
Oil/gas boilers not only have a simple and clear working principle, but their advantages are also significant. First, they heat up quickly, making them suitable for places that require a large amount of heat energy. Second, modern boilers have high energy efficiency, effectively saving energy and reducing operating costs. Moreover, with the development of technology, many boilers also have automated control systems, making them convenient to operate.
Summary
In summary, although the working principle of oil/gas boilers seems simple, their importance in modern life cannot be ignored. From industry to homes, they bring convenience and warmth to our lives. Understanding these working principles can not only help us use boilers better but also improve our environmental awareness. Now, do you have a deeper understanding of oil/gas boilers?

What is a boiler heating surface?
The heating surface of a boiler generally refers to the metal surface area in contact with flames or flue gases (the other side is in contact with water or heat transfer oil). Heat exchange in a boiler is carried out through such a metal surface area. It is generally measured in square meters (m²). A larger heating surface area means a larger boiler capacity, and vice versa.
Boiler capacity refers to the ability of a steam boiler, hot water boiler, or organic heat carrier boiler to provide thermal energy. A larger capacity means a greater heating capacity and output; conversely, a smaller capacity means a smaller heating capacity and output. For example, a 1t/h steam boiler means that the boiler can convert 1 ton of water into saturated steam at a certain pressure within 1 hour; a 0.7 MW hot water boiler or organic heat carrier boiler means that it can generate heat equivalent to 0.7 MW of power (equivalent to the heat of 1 ton of steam) within 1 hour.
To overcome the numerous existing environmental and other shortcomings of industrial pulverized coal boilers, Junpeng Petrochemical has developed and launched a practical new type of industrial pulverized coal corner tube boiler. This product ensures stable combustion, high combustion efficiency, and reduces ash accumulation on the convective heating surface, achieving the goal of high efficiency, energy saving, and emission reduction. In the current domestic industrial pulverized coal boiler field, it is the first time to use the burner counter-arrangement technology to completely solve the problem of complete combustion, and the heating surface basically does not form slag, ensuring that the flue gas temperature remains within the design range under full load. Qingdao sheet metal processing is very common in the production of mechanical industry, and is an important part of mechanical production, with wide applications in automobiles, aerospace and other fields. It directly determines the appearance of the machine and reflects the maturity of the machine. With the rapid development of the machinery manufacturing industry, the shapes of sheet metal parts are becoming increasingly complex.
